We get questions all the time, but that’s great because we love interacting with our customers. However, sometimes you just want a quick answer so here are a few of the most common questions we get. Hope these help, but if they don’t, please don’t hesitate to contact us.What comes in the monthly subscription box?
Monthly Billing: You will only be charged immediately if you sign up on the 5th of the month, after which we will ship your first box on the 10th. If you sign up any other day you will be charged on the next 5th of the month and your first box will ship on the 10th of that month. For example, if you sign up on the 3rd of the month, you will be charged on the 5th and box will be mailed on the 10th; if you sign up on the 8th, you will be charged the following month on the 5th and your box will be mailed on the 10th of the following month. You’ll be billed automatically on the 5th day of each month (unless you cancel by 1 am CST on the 5th). If we’re not able to collect your payment on our first try, we’ll make several more attempts to bill your card and get your box to you. If you’re card is declined after 5 attempts, you will not receive a box this period, however, your card will be attempted the next billing cycle to continue your subscription. If you update your payment details while our billing cycle is open, you’ll see an option on our website to process your payment instantly yourself so you don’t have to wait until our next automated attempt.
Annual / Semi-Annual Billing: You will be charged immediately for the full amount. Your first box will be mailed the 10th of the month. You will continue to receive subscription boxes per your subscription. Your subscription will be renewed at the same time of the month in 6 months (for semi-annual) and in 12 months (for annual).
