Shipping

We like to keep shipping simple.  Shipping is flat rate at $5.00 for all orders up to $12.95, anything above that is shipped completely free.  That's the same as getting free wax melts!

Additionally, we use only USPS first class shipping which means you'll get it quickly and a tracking number. We currently ship to the U.S. (including its territories, PO Boxes, APO, DPO, and FPO boxes).

Returns

You may return or exchange this unused wax melt within 14 days after placing the order.  You will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  If you would like to place a return, just contact us and let us know.

Disclaimer

To prevent fire or injury, remove packaging before use. Use only in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts. Read and follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use. Do NOT leave melter unattended while in use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do NOT add water. Do NOT melt on stove top or in non-approved appliances. Use only in well ventilated areas away from flammable objects. Discontinue use if melter dish contains less than 1/2" of wax.
